Please read carefully. By clicking Accept, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms below. Not knowing the rules is not an excuse.

• Your Discord account must be at least 7 days old

• You are fully responsible for everything done from your account

• Staff may refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason

• Buying, selling, or trading OSRS accounts and names is against Jagex's rules

• Any account or name may be banned, muted, locked, or recovered by Jagex at any time

• You accept this risk fully. The server, its owners, and its staff are not responsible for any action Jagex takes after a deal is complete

• Read the full listing before buying. What is listed is exactly what you get

• Right after receiving an account, change the password, email, bank PIN, and 2FA

• All sales are final once you receive the details. No refunds for change of mind

• Report any problem right away in a ticket. Late reports may not be accepted

• You must be the original owner, or have full recovery access to what you sell

• All listing info (stats, items, quests, bans, mutes) must be 100% true and complete

• Hiding any information about the account is considered a scam

• Recovering, or trying to recover, an account after selling it = permanent ban + public scam report

• The buyer receives the name exactly as described in the listing

• The seller must not change, release, or claim back the name after the sale

• Any name issue must be reported in a ticket, with proof

• Only use middlemen with the official Middleman role, and only inside a ticket

• Staff and middlemen will NEVER DM you first. Anyone who does is a scammer

• Deals made outside tickets, or without an official middleman, are at your own risk

• Middleman fees (if any) are shown before the deal starts

• Every offer is binding. If you win, you must pay

• Fake offers, or backing out after winning = ban from auctions or the server

• Sellers may set a minimum price. Staff may cancel any auction at any time

• All problems must be reported in a ticket, with clear proof (screenshots or videos)

• Staff decisions on disputes are final

• Refunds are only given if a middleman deal fails before it is completed

• Scamming, chargebacks, fake vouches, or impersonating staff or members

• Advertising other servers, or trading outside tickets to avoid fees

• Breaking the rules may result in a warning, a ban, or a public scammer listing

• This server is only a platform that connects buyers and sellers

• We are not responsible for any loss, ban, recovery, or damage, except for deals handled fully by an official middleman, and only within these terms

• These terms may be updated at any time. Continuing to use the server means you accept the latest version

• You may be asked to accept the terms again after major changes
